I had a lot of fun introducing you to Barrier Witch’s Fairuz Arshad a couple weeks ago, so I decided to keep going with that trend while I start digging into editing the next instalment of Heavy Metal Hunters books.
Jean-Étienne Petit is one of the Bloody Morningstar vampires from my Heavy Metal Magic/Hunters series, and is known for being as vicious as he is beautiful.
Intense, meticulous, and violent, Jean-Étienne was born to a ballet mistress mother and a violinist father in early-mid-1800s France. While he excelled both as a dancer and a musician, he was mostly raised under the strict disciplinary tutelage of his mother. As a teenager, he was brought to America from Marseilles by a wealthy man who ended his patronage not long after. He worked for various ballet companies and orchestras where he caught the attention of a man who wasn’t willing to let him go, even in death.
The violent end of his human life and traumatic start of his vampire life has left Jean-Étienne unstable, with his bandmates often on the receiving end of his half-feral outbursts.
You can read Jean-Étienne Petit’s story in A Waltz of Witchcraft, which is 0.99$ on Amazon and free in KindleUnlimited. Pateon supporters also have access to a few bonus stories about him, including my favourite Ballet dancer and samurai are roommates, they’re both control freaks but in the wrong way.
I am still working my way through new material, even though it’s been a slow process. I am forever grateful for your support and patience.
Sounds interesting!
